Team Members can elect from different medical plan options depending on the amount of coverage.
Life Insurance
Free life insurance for the Team Member in the amount of $20,000 with the option to purchase more.
Dental
100% of preventative care services covered, 80% of basic care services covered, and 50% of major care services covered with a $3,000 maximum.
Vision
$100 eye exam, $25 eye glass lenses, $110 frame or contact allowance.
Supplemental
Team Members can elect from various plans offered through AFLAC at a discounted rate.
401k
Company matches dollar for dollar up to 4%, after 1 year of employment.
Sick Pay
Full time Team Members accrue 1 hour for every 50 hours worked.
Paid Time Off
1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years.
Tuition Reimbursement
Up to $8,000 for business degree and up to $3,800 for non-business degree spread over 4 years.
