The Team Member Assistance program was created to help Team Members when emergencies arise and they need a little extra financial help. This program is funded for Team Members by Team Members. Because the funding comes from Team Member donations, the budget is limited and not every request can be fulfilled. To submit a request, please fill out the below form. Provide as much detail as possible. Once the form is submitted, the TMA Committee will review the request and get back with the Team Member as soon as possible.
